The state of California is my heaven on earth. There is no place I would rather be than in the sunny area of Southern California. Is there anywhere else in the country where you could surf, hike, snowboard, and visit the city all in one day? Nope!
One of my favorite places to go in California is Disneyland which is located in Anaheim in Orange County. There is no other place that makes me happier. I have so many wonderful memories of being there as a child.
The California coast stretches about 840 miles long and is home to over 420 beautiful beaches. There are so many different types depending on which part of California you are in. Afew of my favorites are Laguna, Newport, Huntington, and the beaches along Big Sur.
